Partner country of LA Referencia, it has developed national initiatives on Repositories and Open Access, including the Brazilian Open Access Portal for Scientific Information – OASISBR, the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations – BDTD, the Directory of Open Access Policies for Brazilian Scientific Journals – Diadorim, the Electronic Journal Publishing System – SEER/OJS, among others. It is a signatory to LA Referencia’s main agreements.

Portal Brasilero de Acceso Abierto a la Información Científica - oasisbr

The Brazilian Open Access Portal for Scientific Information – OASISBR – is a tool that allows free access to search for the scientific output of authors affiliated with Brazilian universities and research institutes. Through OASISBR, it is possible to perform searches in Portuguese-language information sources. OASISBR is one of the results of the efforts of IBICT, with the support of the Funding Authority for Studies and Projects – FINEP, to integrate Brazilian science into the context of open access to scientific information.
